About the Musical Guest

Our musical guest this Monday is Elysia- she’s kindly provided a bio- check it out:

I’ve been practicing sound for the past three years, cultivating a relationship with it as a pathway for inner alchemy. I hold spaces rooted in kindness and care, where sound becomes a living medium — one that moves through us, reshapes us, and returns us to something essential.

As a student of Traditional Chinese Medicine and a lover of Mother Earth, I’m deeply inspired by the intelligence of the body and the wisdom of the nature. I believe that music is medicine, and that healing can emerge through resonance, presence, and shared experience.

My work is grounded in connection — to self, to others, and to the subtle spaces in between. I value community, and I’m especially drawn to interactive, co-created sound experiences that invite people to reconnect, soften, and remember themselves within a collective field.

If you have any questions, feel free to reach out 🙂.

Event Etiquette

Please enter the space in silence. Before speaking, ask yourself: “Is what I’m discussing deepening my dance or distracting from it?”

Our intention is to create a safe, consensual, open, fun, and playful space grounded in deep listening and awareness. We invite you to bring generosity and respect into your interactions. Consider: What am I bringing to this space? How can I support myself and others? Am I being trauma-informed in my interactions?

Safety Policy

Zero tolerance for: predatory behavior, non-consensual touch, sexual advances, or any ambiguous intimate physical touch. This is not a space to pursue romantic or sensual exploration. See the guidelines for more details

If anything inappropriate is witnessed or experienced, please speak with Derek or Tony. Your concerns will be handled with compassion, discretion, and good faith.
