 \n\nNiku has been practicing Contact Improvisation for over 12 years\, wit
 h roots in Contemporary Dance at the University of Calgary. Drawing from a
  year and a half of studying and facilitating CI across North America\, he
  enjoys creating warm\, welcoming spaces for people to explore together wi
 th intention\n\nUsnea (Estelle) is an improv pianist who freestyles scenic
  whimsical melodies. A unique expression of the shared moment\, collaborat
 ive with the united ecstatic energy fostered between the dancers in the ro
 om. All is welcome to come and celebrate the creative harmony shared betwe
 en us all\n\n\nAbout Monday Night Jams\nMonday Night Jams is designed to b
 e a welcoming space for both seasoned dancers and newcomers to explore and
  deepen their practice of Contact Improvisation.\n\n\nEntry Fee\n$15 to $2
 5 Entry\, sliding scale - cash or e-transfer. $10 for low-income participa
