 diment exercise to hone your physical listening skills as we transition in
 to the open jam.\n\n\nAbout Monday Night Jams\nMonday Night Jams is design
 ed to be a welcoming space for both seasoned dancers and newcomers to expl
 ore and deepen their practice of Contact Improvisation.\n\n\nEntry Fee\n$1
 5 to $25 Entry\, sliding scale - cash or e-transfer. $10 for low-income pa
 rticipants. Please reach out to Derek Wong if finances are a barrier for a
 ttending.\nCoaching is Available!\nFor an extra $10\, Derek\, Tony\, or an
 other of the facilitators will spend some time throughout the jam giving y
 ou pointers on form\, safety\, and technique.\n\n\nQuestions?\nIf you have
  any questions\, feel free to reach out .\n\n\nEvent Etiquette\nPlease ent
 er the space in silence. Before speaking\, ask yourself: “Is what I’m 
 discussing deepening my dance or distracting from it?”\n\nOur intention 
 is to create a safe\, consensual\, open\, fun\, and playful space grounded
  in deep listening and awareness. We invite you to bring generosity and re
 spect into your interactions. Consider: What am I bringing to this space? 
 How can I support myself and others? Am I being trauma-informed in my inte
 ractions?\n\n\nSafety Policy\nZero tolerance for: predatory behavior\, non
 -consensual touch\, sexual advances\, or any ambiguous intimate physical t
 ouch. This is not a space to pursue romantic or sensual exploration.\n\nIf
