 the Warm-Up\n    Join us for a curiosity-centered warm-up led by River\, a
 n experienced facilitator with a deep passion for guiding others in the ex
 ploration of contact improvisation. With years of experience hosting jams 
 and workshops\, River brings an inviting presence\, encouraging participan
 ts to move from a place of intuition and ease. This warm-up invites you to
  tune into your body’s natural rhythms and explore a world where each co
 nnection holds the potential for a unique universe of movement and discove
 ry. No prior experience is needed—just come with an open heart and a wil
 lingness to follow your curiosity.\n\n\n    \n    About Monday Night Jams\
 n    Monday Night Jams is designed to be a welcoming space for both season
 ed dancers and newcomers to explore and deepen their practice of Contact I
 mprovisation.\n\n    \n    Entry Fee\n    $10 to $20 Entry\, sliding scale

 space? How can I support myself and others? Am I being trauma-informed in
