 ed Contact Improvisation in 2011\, and has been dancing ever since. She st
 arted teaching the form on in 2015 and has now led different styles of cla
 sses and workshops on Salt Spring Island\, in Victoria and in Nicaragua. A
 s a teacher\, Brianna is passionate about helping participants develop the
 ir internal attunement\, somatic awareness\, self agency\, creativity and 
 physical freedom in their bodies. Contact Improvisation has been one of th
 e most healing\, therapeutic and inspiring practices she has found in her 
 life. Brianna is a Registered Acupuncturist\, and will forever be a studen
 t of exploring what is possible in this body.\n\n\nAbout Monday Night Jams
 \nMonday Night Jams is designed to be a welcoming space for both seasoned 
 dancers and newcomers to explore and deepen their practice of Contact Impr
 ovisation.\n\n\nEntry Fee\n$10 to $20 Entry\, sliding scale - cash or e-tr
 ansfer to dance@victoriacontactimprov.com. Please reach out to Michael McA

  How can I support myself and others? Am I being trauma-informed in my int
