 he warm-up and avoid disruptions.\n\n\nAbout the Warm-Up\nMichael McAmmond
  will be guiding tonight's warmup\, leaning on the support of several year
 s of experience with Contact improvisation as well as various other moveme
 nt practices. The theme of the warm-up will be “listening to support” 
 and will be focusing on listening to our partner\, whether the partner is 
 the floor\, ourselves or another body.\n\n\nAbout Monday Night Jams\nMonda
 y Night Jams is designed to be a welcoming space for both seasoned dancers
  and newcomers to explore and deepen their practice of Contact Improvisati
 on.\n\n\nEntry Fee\n$10 to $20 Entry\, sliding scale - cash or e-transfer.
